Consultations are always complimentary and are required for creative color appointments, color correction services, and texture appointments (such as American and Permanent Wave). Save yourself the trip and request a consultation with a stylist by phone. If you are not absolutely certain of the service you need, please do not book online. Call us and let our salon coordinator guide you in the right direction.
Our haircut services include a consultation, a shampoo, and a blow-dry. All new clients should book their haircut for 60 Minutes. After your first visit your stylist will give you a customized time for your maintenance haircut (30,45,60 or 75 minutes) and we will make a note in your profile for future reference.
If you are a returning client and have not been told your customized timing yet, please book for 60 minutes and your stylist will give you your customized timing for your following visit.
If you are a returning client and looking for a style change, please book you appointment for 60 minutes.
If you are getting a color service please choose add cut to color when booking online.
Your appointment is important to us and the time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request that you give us at least a 24-hour prior notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are new to our salon or book an appointment online, a deposit of half the amount of a color service is required for your reservation. If you are an existing client (three visits or more) and do not want to put a deposit down, please call or come into the salon to book your reservation. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50 percent of the reserved service. No-call/no-shows will result in a charge equal to 100 percent of the reserved service amount.
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, but your tardiness can affect the remainder of our team’s day. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time we will call to check on you. If you are unable to make it on time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you, and 100 percent of the original service reserved will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late and need to forfeit your appointment, 100 percent of the original service reserved will be charged.
We honor our policies and feel that it is only fair to honor a similar policy to our clients. If for any reason your stylist has to cancel your appointment, your service will be discounted 20 percent for your rescheduled appointment if rescheduled within two weeks of the original date.
